New Jack Reacher Trailer Hits the Web with Tom Cruise playing Lee Child’s Hero!

The new trailer of Jack Reacher released this wednesday looks interesting to say the least. Tom Cruise is on another mission to resurrect a new franchise from Lee Child’s books where the protagonist is a military cop turned bad-ass action hero do-gooder. This movie focuses on his investigation of innocence of military sniper who is accused of killing five civilians.

The movie has great cast with Tom Cruise at helm of things and Rosamund Pike, Robert Duvall, Richard Jenkins, Werner Herzog and Michael Raymond-James providing the needed support. The trailer shows action, drama and comical situation where Jack Reacher is working his charm escaping the cops.

  • Plot: In an innocent heartland city, five are shot dead by an expert sniper. The police quickly identify and arrest the culprit, and build a slam-dunk case. But the accused man claims he's innocent and says "Get Jack Reacher.". Reacher himself sees the news report and turns up in the city. The defense are immensely relived; but Reacher has come to bury the guy.
